Chase Contemporary is a contemporary art gallery representing a wide array of contemporary masters and emerging artists across genres and styles. Established in 2017 with a flagship on what has become the most coveted block of Chelsea’s fine art district, the gallery maintains a prominent space on 10th avenue between 23rd and 24th Streets. In 2020, the gallery opened another location in East Hampton, New York, situated on bustling, picturesque Newtown Lane, known for the best shopping and cultural offerings in the Hamptons. Rotating solo and group exhibitions display a selection of emerging and renowned contemporary artists, alongside secondary market artworks.
The gallery features work across a variety of media including painting, photography, sculpture, and works on paper. Chase Contemporary was founded with a commitment to exhibiting work by celebrated post-war and contemporary artists including Peter Beard, Yayoi Kusama, Robert Indiana, and Andy Warhol, as well as emerging artists, with a special emphasis on street art by innovators such as Richard Hambleton, Kenny Scharf, and RETNA. The gallery has fostered a focus on rising women artists from across the world, including Imani Bilal and Taly Cohen.
Chase Contemporary has created prints for a number of its artists including Ole Aakjaer, and has published catalogs and artist books. The gallery participates in major annual art fairs including Art Miami and Art New York.
