How long does delivery take?
Each piece in the Chase Contemporary collection is handled with the same care and attention it received in the studio. Please allow up to four weeks from the date of your order for delivery. All artwork is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped directly from our New York gallery to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
If you have a specific deadline or special delivery requirements, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Free US Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $2,500 within the United States. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
How is my artwork packaged?
Every artwork is handled with the utmost care from the moment it leaves our gallery. Each piece is individually wrapped and secured with protective foam, then placed in a reinforced double-walled box designed to withstand transit. We take no shortcuts — your artwork deserves to arrive exactly as it left us.
Worldwide Delivery
Chase Contemporary ships worldwide. All international orders are dispatched via DHL and you will receive full tracking details as soon as your artwork is on its way. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and artwork size.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by destination — we recommend checking your local government guidelines prior to ordering.
Will I be kept informed?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and tracking information as soon as your artwork has been dispatched. If at any point you have a question about your delivery, our team is available at hello@chasecontemporary.com.
Returns
Can I return a piece?
We want every collector to feel completely confident in their acquisition. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Please contact us within this period and we will arrange collection of the artwork at no additional cost to you.
For international returns, the same policy applies — please reach out to us directly and we will coordinate the process on your behalf.
How to arrange a return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@chasecontemporary.com with your order number and reason for return. Please retain all original packaging, as artwork must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which it was received to ensure safe transit.
Damaged or incorrect orders
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please notify us immediately with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once a returned artwork has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
